CALLING ALL CAROL SINGERS AND COLLECTORS! - WEDNESDAY 21st DECEMBER 2011

Following our success in previous years, we're organising another carol singing event to raise money.

The funds raised at this event go a long way in Romania to providing the young people in Nightingales' care with all the support they need.

To help us to raise as much as possible, WE NEED WILLING SINGERS AND COLLECTORS! Can you spare an hour or ideally even more?

Date: Wednesday 21st December

Where: Victoria train station - main station concourse near to the ticket office and WH Smith

Time: This year, we are planning to collect during three main shifts:

8.00- 10.30am
12.00-14.00
16.30-19.30

Email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it  if you can make it with your approximate timings so I can ensure we have sufficient singers throughout the day. If there is sufficient interest then we can of course extend the shifts so do let me know if you'd be interested in collecting at other times. It's a great way to use up any remaining holiday for the year or "charity days" which your company might offer you.

Do invite any other friends/colleagues who you think would like to join. Wrap up warm and bring a santa's hat / look festive! I'll provide carol sheets.

Please note that all singers and collectors must comply with Victoria station's Charity Policy and the terms of collection (see Section below). It is each volunteer's responsibility to familiarise themselves with and comply with these requirements. Nightingales Children's Project cannot take any responsibility for volunteers' personal injury or loss/damage to personal property. All volunteers are advised not to bring bags and valuables to the event.

Any questions, call me on 07881 938 968.
Thanks for your support!

Let us know if you want us to email you a fundraising pack, which includes useful items for fundraising events such as templates for posters and flyers. If you want us to publicise your event on the website, then please include all relevant details. It also helps us if you can let us know your fundraising target, so that we can add it to our fundraising plan. Thanks!
